Concert Reviews
... The performance of the duo :nota bene: in Chennai was a source of immense satisfaction for a large gathering.
Two sonatas for violin and piano by Mozart (A major, KV 305) and Schubert (a minor) with which the concert began and ended, were truly heart-warming. Between them came a short string of three pieces by Fritz Kreisler, which were very melodious and pleasing and a puzzling contemporary work, titled Dream Fragments, by Ludwig Nussbichler. The encore by Arvo Pärt did touch our hearts, too!
